Ashihara Karate is one of the most practical karate systems today,  Which is based

on the strategy of “Sabaki” that combines defense and offense into one

with an implementation of the optimal combination of Circular

body movements. That is to move to a side and to attack

from a safe angle to meet the challenge efficiently

and effectively, as originated by the late

founder Kancho Hideyuki Ashihara.
